Comment rules

Comment section of the blog is a place where people can interact and have discussions about topics stated in blog post. We ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure that the comment section is comfortable for all visitors. These rules and guidelines are enforced by site administrators, and at their discretion they may delete comments that do not comply without warning. Also, failure to comply with these rules may result in a ban.

We rely on all commenters to help keep comment section a safe place for people to share and view information. To do this, we request that all members comply with the following rules:

  1. The forum language is English only!
  2. Please do not spam. We are define spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business etc… Any comment considered spam will be removed.
  3. Keep it friendly. Treat other members with the respect they deserve.
  4. Be courteous and respectful. Appreciate that others may have an opinion different from yours. You have every right to disagree with other comments or post and explain your perspective. However, you are not free to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle other people.
  5. Stay on topic. When contributing to an existing discussion, try to stay ‘on topic’.
  6. Share your knowledge. Don’t hold back in sharing your knowledge – it’s likely someone will find it useful or interesting. When you give information, provide your sources (if any).
  7. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour and speech. Any comments which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise discriminatory is not permitted. This includes user pictures. Use common sense while posting comments.
  8. Please do not post text in all CAPITALS since this is considered to be shouting and is not necessary.
  9. Please be considerate in language you use. Swearing is not completely banned, just do not swear unnecessarily, and only use minor words.
  10. Do not post copyright-infringing material. Providing or asking for information on how to illegally obtain copyrighted materials is forbidden.
  11. Insulting and flaming or personal attacks against site administration will be not tolerated.

We maintain the rights to remove comments to ensure that material posted is not potentially harmful. For this reason, we may choose to delete any comment, that:
